The 70 GSM Cross Laminated Tarp adds meaningful body over the 35 GSM entry grade while keeping the light-and-flexible handling characteristics that make cross-laminated film different from standard woven tarpaulin. Multiple HDPE tape layers are cross-oriented at 0° and 90° and laminated between outer films, so the finished sheet resists tearing equally in every direction instead of favouring one axis the way a single-weave fabric does.

Every roll leaving the mill is UV stabilized at the extrusion stage, meaning the stabilizer package is built into the polymer rather than applied as a surface coating that wears off with handling. This grade is tested to IS 14611:2016 across tensile strength, elongation at break, Elmendorf tear strength in both machine and transverse directions, and accelerated UV resistance after 192 hours per Annex G — with lab reports available from accredited testing facilities in Asia and North America.

Blue is the standard colour offered at 70 GSM; additional shades can be produced for bulk orders, and sheet and roll dimensions are made to the buyer’s cutting or container plan rather than fixed panel sizes.
