Products

Indian tablecloths are some of the most loved pieces of Indian fabric abroad. Ours include hand block printed cotton from Bagru and Sanganer, natural-dye Ajrakh and Kalamkari, handloom ikat and white Chikankari embroidered linen, in square, round and rectangular sizes for four to twelve seats.Restaurants want stain-hiding prints that survive laundering, while home stores want colour. We can do both, and match tablecloths with runners and napkins from the same blocks.

Indian tablecloths: the biggest canvas for Indian craft

Indian tablecloths give a craft the most room to show itself. A hand block print that looks pretty on a napkin becomes breathtaking across a full dining table. That is why tablecloths are some of the most loved pieces of Indian fabric abroad, from rustic farmhouse kitchens to fine-dining restaurants.

When a buyer asks us for tablecloths, the first things we want to know are the table sizes and the setting. A family kitchen, a restaurant that launders every day and a wedding venue all need different fabrics and finishes.

The crafts we offer in tablecloths

Hand block printed cotton

Bagru and Sanganer near Jaipur are the heart of block printing. Small florals, buttis and Dabu mud-resist prints in indigo, rust and black are the classics. The same blocks are used for our Bagru runner and tea towels, so sets match.

Ajrakh and Kalamkari

Natural dye prints from Kutch and Pedana bring bold geometry and tree-of-life motifs. They suit global and traditional dining rooms.

Handloom and ikat

Yarn-dyed ikat and handloom checks keep their colour through heavy washing and suit cafes and restaurants.

Embroidered linen

White Chikankari embroidery on linen or cotton is elegant and timeless for weddings and formal dining.

Sizes and shapes

We make square, round and rectangular tablecloths for four to twelve seats, typically from 150 x 150 cm to 150 x 350 cm, and round cloths from 180 cm diameter. Custom sizes for restaurant tables and banquet rounds are easy to arrange.

Restaurant and hotel use

For hospitality, we suggest heavier cotton, prints that hide stains, and colours that hold up to commercial laundering. Hemmed or mitred edges last longer than fringes in daily service.

Colours

Indigo, madder, rust, mustard and other colours of India are easy. Soft modern neutrals such as greige, slate and mushroom are possible but may need special dyeing and a minimum quantity.

Coordinating the table

Tablecloths look best with matching napkins and runners. Our table linen sets bring these together in one gift-ready pack.

Minimum quantities and packing

Minimums are per design, colour and size, and stay modest for handmade pieces. Tablecloths are pressed, folded with tissue and packed with your label. We can quote ex-factory, FOB, CFR or CIF, whichever suits you.

Questions about Indian tablecloths

Can I order tablecloths in custom sizes?

Yes. Send your table dimensions and preferred drop, and we will size them for you.

Will block printed tablecloths fade?

Natural dyes mellow gently over time. Cold washing and drying in shade keeps them rich for longer.

Do you supply restaurants?

Yes, with durable fabrics and stain-friendly prints suited to commercial laundering.

Share your table sizes and the mood you want, and we will suggest prints and fabrics that work.
