250 GSM Cross Laminated Tarp is built for extra-heavy applications where the covering faces continuous outdoor exposure, rough handling, and high mechanical loads over a multi-year service life. The cross-oriented film construction — HDPE layers crossed at right angles and laminated between outer films — carries this weight into a strength class that rivals much heavier single-layer woven material, while staying noticeably lighter and easier to fold and reposition.

UV stabilizer is compounded into the polymer at the point of extrusion, giving the film long-term resistance to embrittlement and colour fade that a surface-applied treatment cannot match over years of sun exposure. Testing follows IS 14611:2016, with tensile strength, Elmendorf tear resistance in both machine and transverse directions, free fall dart impact resistance, and accelerated UV performance after 192 hours of exposure all documented through accredited Asian and American testing labs.

Blue is the standard stock colour at this weight; sheet and roll sizes are produced to the buyer’s specification, and other colours can be discussed for bulk production runs.
