300 GSM is the heaviest standard grade in Newton’s Cross Laminated Tarp range, built for the most demanding continuous-exposure applications where maximum tear and puncture resistance are non-negotiable. The multi-layer cross-laminated construction reaches its extra-heavy classification here, with Elmendorf tear strength rated at 4000 grams in the machine direction and 3500 grams transverse, and free fall dart impact resistance at 800 grams minimum — figures that place this film well ahead of comparable woven products at similar weight.

The polymer is UV stabilized during extrusion rather than coated afterward, and every batch is tested against IS 14611:2016 including accelerated UV resistance after 192 hours of exposure per Annex G, with lab reports available from accredited testing facilities in both Asia and North America.
