At 200 GSM, this woven coated tarp enters Newton’s fully lab-certified heavy-duty tier, tested and documented against IS 7903, IS 1969, IS 14293 and IS 2454 rather than sold on nominal specifications alone. Breaking strength reaches 1000N in the warp direction and 750N in the weft, with trapezoid tear strength of 120N minimum and puncture resistance rated at 300N — figures that hold up under continuous industrial use.

The fabric construction is the same double-side coated weave used across the range, but at this GSM the tape itself is thicker and packed tighter, giving the sheet enough dimensional stability to stay taut across large spans without sagging or stretching out of shape. UV stabilizer compounded into the coating and base tape means the tarp resists chalking and colour fade even after years of continuous outdoor deployment, with welded seams retaining 85 percent of original strength after 144 hours of accelerated UV testing.

Black and Red are the stock colours at 200 GSM, and Blue, Yellow, Olive Green, Brick Orange and Silver can be manufactured to order. Width and length are cut to the buyer’s requirement rather than supplied in fixed panel sizes.
