Newton’s 70 GSM Woven Coated Tarp sits at the light end of our woven coated range, built from HDPE tape woven into a single-layer fabric and coated on both faces for a fully waterproof, all-weather sheet. At this weight the tarp stays light enough for one person to fold, carry and stretch out solo, which is why it’s the go-to pick for short-term poultry curtains, temporary agri covers and light shelter jobs where handling speed matters more than raw bulk.

Every roll is UV stabilized during extrusion rather than surface-treated, so the stabilizer works from inside the tape and resists chalking, stiffening or fading through months of sun. Lab data is tracked against IS 7903 for mass and breaking strength, IS 1969 for warp and weft tensile values, and IS 2454 for colour fastness, so buyers get batch-backed figures instead of marketing claims.
