Percale Cotton Bedsheet

A percale cotton bedsheet is woven in a simple one-over-one-under weave from fine combed cotton, giving a crisp, matte, cool feel that hotels and hot sleepers prefer. At 300 thread count it balances softness with durability and survives hundreds of washes.

India’s cotton mills grew out of an age-old craft of hand spinning and weaving, and our percale is finished in units in Karur and Erode where artisanal communities still hand-check every sheet. The look is clean and contemporary in style, plain or with a simple hem, while ethnic embroidered borders and traditional block prints are offered as options. Solid shades range from white to the softer colours of India, and the Indian fabric is long-staple cotton, so this is everyday bedding with handicraft finishing.
