Cotton Jacquard Throw

The cotton jacquard throw is woven in Panipat and Karur on jacquard looms that lift warp threads individually to create the pattern. Using two colours of yarn, the loom weaves a design that appears in reverse on the back, so the throw is fully reversible: for example navy diamonds on ecru on one side and ecru diamonds on navy on the other.

This is a heavier, denser throw than handloom plain weaves, typically 350 to 450 GSM, with fringed or hemmed ends. Patterns include kilim medallions, honeycomb, diamonds and stripes. Because jacquard looms run efficiently, this is our most cost-effective patterned throw for volume orders.
