Block Print Wall Tapestry

A block print wall tapestry is a large cotton panel printed by hand with carved wooden blocks and hung on a wooden rod. It adds a soft, colourful focal point to walls, especially in bedrooms and living rooms.

Printing cloth with carved teak blocks is an age-old craft, and traditional block prints from the artisanal communities of Sanganer and Bagru are known worldwide. Our tapestries use Indian fabric printed with ethnic tree of life and mandala designs, as well as contemporary style abstracts, in the colours of India. Each Indian handicraft tapestry is printed by hand.
