The weave is coated on both sides to lock out water at every point in the fabric, and the extra tape density at this weight gives real resistance to punctures from sharp edges, corners and repeated dragging across rough surfaces.

The polymer is UV stabilized at the extrusion stage rather than through a surface treatment, which is why the sheet keeps its flexibility instead of stiffening and cracking after a season outdoors. Testing follows IS 7903 for mass and UV retention, IS 1969 for warp and weft breaking strength, and IS 14293 for trapezoid tear strength, giving buyers documented performance data rather than supplier claims.
