Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes
Newton manufactures Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes to ASTM/ASME A312 in grades 304, 304L, 309S, 310S, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 347 and 904L, available from 1/8″ NB to 24″ NB. Pipes are cold-drawn or hot-finished depending on size and wall thickness, followed by bright annealing or pickling and passivation to achieve a clean, corrosion-resistant surface finish suited to hygienic and process applications.
These pipes are specified for pharmaceutical process piping, food and beverage processing lines, dairy equipment, chemical and petrochemical plants, water treatment systems, and architectural applications where corrosion resistance and appearance both matter. Grade selection allows buyers to match performance to environment: 304/304L for general corrosion resistance, 316/316L for chloride and marine environments, and 321/347 for elevated-temperature stabilized service.
Each pipe is tested for chemical composition, mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion resistance where specified, and dimensional tolerance, with mill test certificates issued per ASTM A312 for every heat and lot. Surface finish options range from standard pickled and passivated (2B/No.1) to polished finishes for hygienic or architectural applications, and pipes can be supplied with mirror or brushed finish on request.
