Long Grain Non-Basmati Rice (IR64)

Long Grain Non-Basmati Rice (IR64) Exporter India: Newton Exports supplies one of the most widely traded rice varieties from India, grown across multiple states for its high yield, non-aromatic long grain and dependable cooking behaviour.

Often described as a mega-variety of Indian rice exports, IR64 offers a consistent, affordable long-grain rice that performs well in bulk cooking and institutional catering, which has made it a mainstay of Indian non-basmati exports to Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia for decades. Its scale of cultivation also means supply is reliably available year-round, which matters for buyers running continuous import programmes.

As an IR64 Rice exporter India buyers rely on for large-volume consistency, Newton Exports sources from mills across its major growing regions and supplies it in Raw (white milled) and Steam/Parboiled forms, with grain length and broken percentage graded to match buyer specification, typically from 5% to 25% broken depending on requirement. Each lot is cleaned through sortex colour sorters and destoners, and tested for moisture content, admixture and foreign matter before packing, with pesticide residue reports, phytosanitary certificates and fumigation certification arranged on request to support smooth customs clearance in the destination country.

Packaging is available in 25 kg and 50 kg PP or jute bags as standard for bulk trade, with smaller retail-ready packs, private-label options and bulk FCL/bulk vessel loading also available on request for large-volume buyers. Newton Exports handles sortex cleaning, moisture and broken-grain grading, pre-shipment inspection, phytosanitary and fumigation certification, and FOB, CIF and CNF shipping terms, so importers, wholesalers and private-label brands across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia can source with confidence from a single India-based supplier.
