Certified to IS 14268:2022, the strand is available across breaking loads that run from 98 kN at 9.0 mm up to 294 kN at 15.7 mm thanks to the higher 1960 MPa chemistry, produced on the same automated pickling and multiblock wire drawing lines used across Neotrex’s other grades.

On site, the JSW Neostrands IS 14268:2022 Grade 1960 High-Tensile LRPC Strand is most often used in cable-stayed bridge towers, long-span box girders and any tendon layout where duct space is at a premium and a higher-grade strand reduces the number of strands per anchorage.
