Newton Exports: Returns Policy

Overview

 

Our returns policy is based on each customer’s order and requirements.

Newton Exports usually ships on a FOB basis from any port in India. The goods are packaged after showing them to the buyer view video / photos and packaged only once approved.

They are sealed in shipping containers that are 20 feet or 40feet in size, as per the order and requirements. 

Once the container is delivered to the port of dispatch safely, the consignment belongs to the buyer.

Before that, if the product is defective or damaged, or if Newton Exports is unable to deliver the product to the port, Newton will issue a full refund to the buyer.
